This group are very good indeed. In the past I have hired other realtors and Jennifer is head and shoulders above the others. She is most importantly trustworthy. She is not like the others who were unprofessional simpletons and would mislead me for their own quick gain. The other realtors would say yes to all my questions, agree with anything, and do whatever they could for a fast sale and a fast check in their pocket. One of the main things a realtor is hired for is their knowledge of the communities you are interested in. It they cover things up so they get a quick sale, that is deceitful. Jennifer and her colleagues do not do this. They took the proper time, staged the house well, told me what things to remove, why, and took the time to work up the comparable square foot sales in the area to price it properly. They took the emotion out and made it a very calm, cool, professional process.
