Carolyn was great! I did not feel like she was just trying to sell me a house. I felt like she cared about what I needed and wanted, she helped me with the entire process from beginning to end, she did more for me than I could have imagined, she was patient, knowledgeable about the are and the structure of homes. I wish I could buy houses more often just to deal with Carolyn.

It was my first time buying a house and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I could not have asked for anyone better.

Carolyn has been my realtor for two sales now, and I would never think to use someone else. She sold me my first house in 2014 and I thought she was great. Then, in 2023 when I was ready to sell my house and then buy a condo, I only ever planned to call her to help me again. Carolyn is a pleasure to work with, she is helpful, responsive and very knowledgeable. She will point out things to look for in houses that I wouldn't think to notice and gives me much needed advice. I told Carolyn this time, the same as last time, "if and when I need a new house, I am only calling you."
