Where do I start, C.C. is a professional realtor! We had been through 3 realtors in the Killeen area before finding C.C., so when you read the reviews BELIEVE the hype, she is that good. She let us lead on the timeline of purchasing a home and provided us with education on the home buying process and things to truly to think about as a homeowner. She's caring and really loves her job. She may be busy but that's only because she's that good. If you leave a message she will promptly return your call with the answer. When learning that I would be stationed at Ft Hood, I was given a few names of realtors to check out. After speaking with C.C. and hearing about her experience in realty, I was completely sold on working with her to help me make my first ever home purchase. C.C. is very knowledgeable on the Fort Hood and surrounding areas and is willing to do whatever it takes to make your home buying experience a success. I was actually unable to be physically present during my inspection and closing process, but C.C. was there every step of the way informing me of what was going on and any issues that came up. C.C.Harris will get it done! As a Veteran she understands the dynamics of the military family. While I was deployed she worked with my wife to sell our house. C.C. did an exceptional job helping us identify requirements prior to the sale of our home, provided guidance on how to stage our home, and more importantly, demonstrated exceptional marketing techniques that led to an offer within one week of listing our home. I would like to state right up front that, I cannot truly express in words my gratitude to Mrs. CC Harris for the outstanding service she provided me as my realtor. She also made several key upfront recommendations that ultimately increased the showings activity of my home. I truly believe the most important recommendation Mrs. CC Harris made to me was to allow her to get my home staged with furniture since it had been empty since July 2016. This recommendation really helped to push my home over the top and made it stand out from the competition as my home went to the number one viewed home on the Zillow website in the area. I truly believe this resulted in my home receiving three offers in a short period. I was so impressed with the way Mrs. CC Harris was able to constantly think outside the box, and how she constantly refined her market strategy on my home as the days past, which was nothing short of someone who without a doubt clearly understood the Killeen's real estate market and the real estate business as a true professional. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with C.C. From the moment we decided to list our home with her, we felt like we were in great hands.
