his is the second time we have worked with Carrie, and for good reason. She is amazing at her job! We trust her so much that we worked with her to buy a home from out of state, we knew she would give her honest opinion and wouldn't lead us astray. We are so blessed to have worked with Carrie! She was easy to work with, scheduled viewings on our timetable, she familiarized herself with each property before we arrived & always had a spec sheet for us! She knows the Lakeshore communities well. She actually would help measure each garage to make sure that our Silverado 2500 would fit lengthwise. She was a superb coach during the offer negotiations and always answered every question no matter how silly! We highly recommend Carrie, her honesty is amazing, she actually steered us away from one of her listings because she knew the location was right for us! Refreshing to have such integrity in a commissioned sales person!! She is an excellent realtor, very knowledgeable with a wonderful personality :) she knows the market so well!!
