Look I'm pretty sure most realtors are capable of finding a house with specs you give them. The real work comes in the negotiating of the sale and managing all the breakdowns that come along with heading to closing. We had everything from repairs that needed to get handled to permit issues on the title. Nick calmly and diplomatically managed that process. I highly recommend Nick Casamassimo as a real estate agent. I used him to sell my house. He did so well that I also used him to buy my next place. In the past I have used other agents and they were terrible compared to Nick. He made great recommendations to stage my house and took amazing professional pictures of my house and neighborhood. He even took great drone shots to show the house, neighborhood and the activity center. He made glossy flyers and cards. Then he went through and gave out cards and flyers in the neighborhood. Before putting the house on the MLS he advertised online and set up a successful open house. He created a competition by getting multiple offers, negotiated like crazy and sold the house for a little more than asking price! All of that was done and the house was sold in 9 days! On the purchase of my new home he knew so much about the neighborhoods and had so much patience. I was a terrible client and wanted to see a bunch of places.
