Chad Hines is a amazing agent. Chad sold my home and was the agent for the purchase of my current home. On the purchase of the our current home there were a lot of challenges we had to overcome and if it was not for Chads support, persistence and his ability to think out side the box when negotiating, we probably would not be in our dream home. I am a true believer that everyone is good at there professions when everything going right. But when problems arise, the true professionals shine. Chad is a true professional. We can’t say enough about Chad, and highly recommend him if you want to buy or sell your home with confidence and do it hassle and stress free. Chad was wonderful, very professional, very knowledgeable, articulate, and timely in addressing any questions, concerns or issues. He always made sure we understood everything and kept us updated as needed on everything. Chad helped us financially by reducing his fees so we could make the closing costs.
