Helped me close on a short sale. He was knowledgeable and very helpful during the process. I relocated and he made sure that my house was being viewed often and provided advice on how to sell my previous home effectively. Mr Ryan is very professional and prompt with returning calls and emails. He's very accommodating and helpful during the stressful process of my short sale. Anyone who has experienced the beginning stages of a short sale, as a homeowner/seller, should know how stressful it can get. I am happy that I sold my house in under a year and that's phenomenal!
