He can assess a property quite quickly as to being a good match or not but doesnt offer an opinion until ample time is given for the client to really look at the viewed homes, absorb the details of the property and then will make sure all details are up to date. He is excellent to work with and after giving him the details in what you're looking for, Chuck will ready available properties with good turn around time for viewing.
