Stephan did a great job. The asking price was 155,000 and we bought the house for 138,000 minus 3% seller concessions. We were able to get it down because Stephan was knowledgeable enough to encourage us to get every aspect of the house thoroughly inspected. If not for him, we would never have thought to check the sewage line and that knocked 7,000 off our offer. The house ended up being appraised for 165,000. It is such a relief as a first time home buyer to feel like I have made a good investment. Its a beautiful home and I couldnt be more happy. Stephan met us any time we were available, and was always just a call away. He was so responsive and available, which made the process move so quickly and easily. He listened to what we were looking for through the process. 10/10.
