February 15, 2015 It gives my husband and I great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Charlotte Rouse. We were in the market to sell our home in Woodlawn, which we occupied for approximately 30 years. We interviewed several real estate agents and were quite disenchanted and disillusioned with their presentations and observations of our home. Charlotte was recommended to us from several, very pleased clients. Once she walked into our home we knew we hit the jackpot! Her professionalism and knowledge of the market were superb. During the summer of 2016, our business decided to purchase a commercial office space and avoid the costly monthly lease.
