I began engaging in Real Estate in 2006 as the Gazette's Real Estate Sales representative. From there I became a buyer of my first home and the summer of 2016, I bought my second home. I got my license in late 2016 and have been engaged in learning extensively about the Colorado Springs and Denver markets over the past 2 years. The prior 6 years I have been in finance where I've been proficient in understanding the economic factors that drive our markets. Also, the financial industry has given me a strong platform to learning how individuals spend and save their money and how banks and lenders determine who and why they will lend funds to individuals looking to buy homes.
