Chris and Stephanie were the listing agents for two of our homes. They not only sold our homes but they marketed them in such a way that they sold for more than the other homes in the area as well as in half the time. The first home that Chris and Stephanie sold for us had a full price contract in less than 24 hours. We also bought 2 homes with the Fetrows and I can honestly say that on the second home we bought it may have been one of the most difficult purchases that we have been involved with. Without these two pros we may have just walked away, but with their guidance we were able to hang in and see it through as well as negotiate an additional $80,000.00 off of the original contract price. Can't say enough about their professionalism and knowledge of the entire process. I wouldn't recommend any one else in Texas if I were buying or selling a home.
