My wife and I worked with Chris Scruggs to purchase a home in the NC mountains. Chris was knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the whole process, right up to closing. He was also organized, a thorough communicator, and most important to me did not let details fall through the cracks that could affect the outcome. We will go back to Chris if we need a realtor in NC in the future

Awesome, awesome, awesome, 5 stars is not enough a rating for the work Chris did for me in closing on my home. from finding inspectors, insurance brokers, lawyers and negotiating on my behave. I literally sat back and watch this man go to work for me. I trust him 100% and look forward to my next purchase. Oh by the way I was 1500 miles away in another state while Chris did work. Highly likely to recommended! 02/13/2019 - jriddle122 Sold a Vacant Land home in 2018 in Hendersonville, NC. We had previously listed our land with another agency for at least a year without receiving a single offer. Our land was listed with Chris in November of this year and within 20 days we had an offer, and closed the deal a month later. From initial contact Chris thoroughly studied the deed and zoning laws to insure maximum buyer penetration based on home construction type, etc. He also suggested ways to attract buyers based upon a previous septic permit that I had considered to be expired. Instead due to his depth of knowledge and familiarity with the current land laws the permit was still valid, and probably played an important part in moving this sale so quickly. All and all our experience with Chris was fantastic, his frequent communication and guidance through this process was an excellent experience
