I never knew how helpful a realtor could be until I worked with Christie. The level of service she provided was like none I've experienced with my previous home sales or purchases. She made me realize there are actual benefits to working with a realtor. She works super hard, is quick to respond, helped us get answers to all of our questions, and was always friendly and pleasant. I can't recommend her enough. We were living in our native state of Tennessee and decided it was time to move back to Texas. Christie was always there for us by phone, email or text...evening, weekends, any time day or night. If it was what I considered "after hours", I would email Christie a question or comment while it was fresh on my mind, making it clear that a reply could be made the next day or Monday...Christie would always reply within a few minutes. It was like we were her only clients. After returning to Tennessee and putting our house on the market, Christie would keep us informed of houses new to the market that met our requirements. She was always in contact with us. After our house sold, we left Tennessee and headed to Texas. Living in our motor home, the search resumed and resulted in the purchase of our home.In short...-Christie was always there for us-It seemed that we were her only clients-She was always pleasant and upbeat, never demonstrating any frustration-Spent hours researching our specific market to find the perfect house-After signing a contract and in addition to numerous phone calls and texts, Christie would also send us an email every Monday morning with updates, expectations and tasks to accomplish for closing.We are very happy.

I cannot recommend Christie enough. When we first met Christie, we were already pretty sure we knew what house we wanted. We were looking at a new build in Buda and wanted to have a realtor to help us understand the process. To say Christie went above and beyond that expectation is an understatement. To begin with, Christie helped us compare lenders so we knew that we were securing the best loan. She came with us to every meeting that we had with the builders and explained each document that we were being asked to sign. Then, about 2 weeks before we were supposed to move into our house, they found a considerable problem that needed to be fixed immediately. Since this repair included removing a piece of the foundation, we were apprehensive about moving forward with this property. Even though we had already gone through the entire process of securing a loan, signing the contracts and watching this house be built from the frame, Christie took her evenings to show us other houses that were similar. She wanted to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with our decision, so she went out of her way to show us what else was out there, even though we had already chosen our home. When we felt sure that our original choice was the house that we wanted to become our home, Christie worked with the builder to help us secure extended warranties, a letter from an engineer ensuring the work was done correctly, and even got them to lower the purchase price. When we began the process, we thought we were choosing a realtor just to make sure we were understanding the process, and were so happy we ended up with an advocate that ensured we got everything we wanted in our new home.

Christie is the most sincere and hardest working realtor Ive met or worked with. She found my dream and made it a reality! She has all the is dotted and ts crossed. Shes on time and very prepared. Christie is the best realty agent I have had.While I have had many excellent agents, Christie stood out the most because of the challenging environment she helped me through.With a limited budget and knowledge of Austin, I had to learn much about the Austin suburbs to find the best match for my budget.My exploration of different Austin suburbs (Elgin, Jarrell) took weeks for me to settle on where I wanted to buy.Christie has been supportive all the way: driving to the North and East ends of Austin, researching property info, making offers, and rescinding offers after flaws are discovered.Unfortunately, my house hunting happened after Austin was named number 1 migration destination by CNBC.The extreme sellers' market caused extreme over bidding (39% over asking) and extremely short offer acceptance time (< 24 hours).Christie has been excellent adjusting to this condition: after our offers were rejected multiple times, her market knowledge enabled us to adjust offering strategy accordingly, she was able to drive far to check out properties on short notice, to counter the short offer acceptance time, once we made an offer, Christie would monitor the offer acceptance period closely to make sure I can adjust my offer to win with the minimal cost.I remember Christie had guests over the weekend that I bid on the Leander property and her dedication was the reason of my success.After the offer acceptance, we had the historical Texas freeze.Christie continued with her dedicated effort helping me with the during freeze care, after freeze inspections, asking sellers for repair reimbursement, finding contractors, andseeing the repairs done. She accomplished these unexpected extra tasks to make sure my properties are delivered with the expected quality.While I picked a challenging time for house hunting, Christie turned the challenge into success.
