My husband and I cannot even begin to describe the wonderful experience we had selling our home. Everyone on the Welch team is a superstar in their area of expertise. We describe them as "A Well Oiled Machine". From the moment we met with Kelly DeLucia to put the house on the market straight through to closing everything ran like clockwork. Everyone on the team had such great likable personalities that we felt like we had known them for a long time. Christina Welch contacted us several times, making sure everything was going well and also checking to make sure we were comfortable with the process. Mark worked mostly in the background but was a very essential part of the team, making sure our home was on every form of media possible. Of course selling one home means you must have somewhere to go. Emily David was such a tremendous help. She tirelessly listened to our requests and she was always available to show us properties that she felt we would be interested in. My husband and I found a home we felt we would be happy in. Right before closing we decided that it was not the place for us. The builder said we could not have our $5,000.00 deposit back. Emily said she would speak with the agent who was overseeing the property and sure enough we received our deposit back. Thank God and thank you Emily. I would like to thank Claire Funk also. She made sure everything was in place and ready for the closing. The closing went smoothly. We did find the perfect place for us and we are now moved in and getting settled. If you want to sell your home with as little stress as possible the Welch Team is the way to go. Thank you Welch Team for everything. You guys are the best.
