My wife and I have known Christine Khoury for eight years, and when it came time to sell our home in Surrey Green we called on Christine. At our initial meeting we met with her professional stager and received suggestions for preparing the home for sale. Once we completed all the items on the "To-do-list" we had Christine come back to the home and begin her preparation for the marketing and sale of the home. She scheduled a professional photographer, a professional appraiser to provide a complete floor plan, measurements of each room, etc. and enlisted the Fine Home Listing services. Christine requested from us a list of the special features of our home that our family enjoyed which she included, along with the floor plan and many photos in the color brochure. We went "live" with our home on the market, anticipating it would probably take 6-9 months for the home to sell. We were thrilled that we had a contract within 21 days!
