Christine and her husband Marc did a fantastic job helping us find an amazing house for our family. We were long distance clients and we purchased our house without ever stepping foot inside. Christine used technology to walk us through the house remotely, she listened well to our likes, dislikes, and concerns, and kept close tabs on all of the little details that come with buying a house. We were impressed with Christine and Marc from the very start. We interviewed multiple agents in the sparta area and they stood out. They helped us sell our house and also assisted in finding us our current home.Selling our house- Christine and Marc really know what they are doing. When comparing our listing vs other houses in the area, ours stood out for sure. The photographer they use is great and we got A LOT of attention right away. Long story short, they got a cash/full asking amount offer in 3 days. Afterwards, our buyers turned into a nightmare and made the process much more painful than we expected. I can honestly say that 99% of the issues Christine handled and made a hard situation easy for us. We had no control over how difficult the buyers were, but our agents handled them wonderfully without any involvement from us.Buying our new house- We decided after such a good experience with Christine and Marc that we would bring them on board in finding us our new home. Something that stood out was that even though they knew we were desperate to find a home (sold before we bought), they did not push us into buying something that was not right for us. After we found a house we liked, Christine stayed up late researching comps so we were prepared for a quick offer. After our offer was accepted, we again had some issues that were our of anybody's control, but Christine and Marc kept in touch daily and we felt comfortable the entire time that we were in good hands.I will also comment on how impressed I was with their work ethic. There was not a day that Christine wasn't a step ahead of us in the process. Also, i cannot think of a time that they did not answer their phone or call me back within 20 minutes. I found Team Tremain through an intensive internet search of several sites for the highest rated realtors in my local Newton area. Chrissy and Marc had the most consistent positive reviews across all the sites. In hindsight I can now realize why everyone gave them such great reviews! We worked mostly in person with Marc and found him to always be upbeat, positive and honest. Marc and Chrissy worked up some accurate comps which took into account specific aspects of our home and property which included horse facilities. They were always very accessible and responsive through phone, email and text. They sent us qualified buyers and we sold in less than a month thanks Team Tremain!
