Highly likely to recommend07/31/2018 - ejones1007Sold a Single Family home in 2018 in Jonesboro, GA.As I write this review, it's still hard for me to believe that my home sold in two weeks from the time I accepted an offer and had a contract placed on the property until the time we closed on the property. My neighbor recommended Christy. She had just sold his home for him. He was very pleased with the outcome and how expeditiously his house sold. Christy made the process of selling my home a great experience as well. When I initially met with Christy, she had already done her home work, for she showed me comps in close proximity of my home and we agreed on a selling price. I informed Christy that I needed a fire lit underneath me to get me moving, as I wanted to sell; however, I wasn't looking forward to the process of selling my home. Be careful what you ask for! Christy said okay and she would light that fire as she gave me paperwork to fill out. At the time, I was in school which was already stressful in itself and I said jokingly that she just gave me more homework. Throughout the process, she kept me informed. I have a tendency of creating self-induced stress. I can still hear Christy saying, "I'm not worried or no worries." Therefore, I'd say that if she wasn't worried, I wasn't going to either which was a lie, but after speaking with her I would calm down. She's very personable and has a very calm demeanor. Christy is a true professional. She's an awesome Agent and she really knows her craft. When I get ready to sell or purchase another home, I will call Christy. I will highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home. I really like the fact that when she was out of town on her own time, she still had time for me. More importantly, she has a team that works with her. When she was out of town, nothing stopped. The process kept moving. One of her counterparts placed the lockbox on the door and she also checked in with me. So, not only will you have Christy as an Agent, you will have a team. Finally, when I accepted the offer, Christy said that once we're under contract, everything is going to start moving quickly. And the rest is history.

Carla Shumacher asked me a couple of questions and told me that Christy Chandler would be getting in touch with me. Christy then called me about 30 minutes later and we set up an appointment. I met her at the house, which is not our primary residence since we live out of state (I drove home after our meeting). She said the listing was going live on Friday, and by Saturday -- 24 hours later -- we started getting offers. Before the weekend was over, we had five offers on our house!After that, it was easy. Christy handled the closing. She took care of all the inspections and answered all our questions. We were in the loop during the entire process -- she kept in touch with us constantly. It was a very smooth sale. Working with Christy was a pleasure. Highly recommended

From the start, Christy was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable with the areas we had placed our search in.
