Living and raising a family of three in New Braunfels TX has been the best decision I made in May of 1993. Having met my husband in Guymon, Oklahoma after he had spent 4 years in the Navy and 2 years in the Coast Guard and completed his Bachelor’s degree at Panhandle State University. We married in 1976 and began raising our family in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We later moved to Lawton, Oklahoma where I began working on my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. Upon graduation I began working in the IT department at the local hospital. My parents retired and moved to New Braunfels in 1990. They began working on us to move to the area – in which we did in 1993. New Braunfels TX proved to be the best place to raise a family.
