Farrah was a pleasure to work with selling my home. The home was listed sold, and closed in less than a month despite a slowing market. Her excellent communications skills, and persistence, contributed to a smooth successful sale. She provided support throughout selling process, including running an open house with YouTube video. She also ran an ad to increase showings with great success. I was kept well informed. If I had questions, she was always accessible by phone or text messages. In selling a home it is important to find a realtor you can work with easily; And will provide support before and after the sale. In my case it was Farrah.

Over the years, both my wife and I have become fairly jaded about those who make their living from the realty industry. Countless realtors use words like "ethical" and "professional" to describe themselves. However, few (and I mean very few) actually proved to us that they possessed these character traits. We believe the Welu's do possess these traits. They have restored some of our faith in real estate "professionals". The sale of our house was at times very trying. Don't let anyone tell you selling your home is going to be a cake walk. With the crazy times the real estate industry has gone through over the last several years, I'm sure our stories would pale in comparison to others. With that though, no matter how stressful the sale process became, they were always there to calm our nerves and concentrate on what we wanted to do, what was best for us. We used their team for both the sale of our house, and the purchase of our new home. They did a very good job. They gave sound advice and got both deals done (in spite of the other realty "professional" they had to deal with for our sale). I would recommend Joe and Cindy without hesitation

If you are debating between different agents to list your house I would recommend picking Cindy Welu. We had listed our house for sale with a different agent and had it on the market for around four months and we failed to sell it. We pulled our listing when winter came around and decided to relist in the spring. We considered relisting with four different agents, and we ultimately decided to give the her team a chance. When interviewing other agents we felt as though most of them were telling us what we wanted to hear. We didn't want to have to maintain a vacant property by handling snow removal, worry about showings dragging in sand/salt/snow in the home, and didn't think there would be much interest while the weather was so cold. Cindy on the other hand told us not to wait until the spring, showed us statistics emphasizing low inventory, and reminded us that many others would also be relisting in the spring. She encouraged me hit the market early and to beat the competition regardless of what agent we decided to use. We listened to her, gave her the business, and she had sold our home in just a few weeks. Most of all we appreciated the no pressure approach. She comes across as a trusted advisor, and not like some other agents I've used in the past that remind you a car sales person. She also didn't make us feel as though we were inconveniencing her as we called and emailed throughout the selling process. Finally we really appreciated that we worked directly with her throughout the process, and she didn't simply dump the work on another associate. After buying and selling properties with four different agents over around 12 years I can confidently say that this experience with Cindy was the smoothest. I would highly recommend working with her.

It's been a little over 6 months since the sale of my Eden Prairie Townhome and I'm still excited about it! Why? Well, I've been watching the SOLD's and I know for a fact that I got top dollar for my townhome.How did I get TOP DOLLAR$$$? I received excellent advice from the WELU team and I followed it to the letter. It was much easier than I thought (and less expensive) to get my townhouse ready for Sale - I followed my agents suggestions and did not allow myself to get overwhelmed.I was thinking about why this went so well so I could help anyone considering WELU decide if they were right for the sale of your home and here's what I came up with.1) I followed the suggestions made by my agent2) WELU has all the Vendors you need to hire at their finger tips (Painter, HVAC, Handyman)3) I acted and secured the Vendors immediately (the market is hot - right? Do it now!)4) WELU put my wishes first! (I wanted a wonderful family to buy my house, Top Dollar$$$, closing on my time line, and no surprises!)5) Circle back to #1 - I did what the professionals suggested!My home went on the market on a Thursday afternoon and was under contract for full asking price and closing on my time schedule (I was heading to Europe for a couple of weeks) within 72 hours!The tough part of selling my home was the dcor. I have very strong (not midwestern) taste in color, art and dcor. I was worried that buyers would not like my style and that I needed to have everything painted and new flooring - you know the drill. My agent (Beth) assured me that it wasn't necessary and if I did a little paint repair, and a few other things I'd be just fine - she was right.I give WELU a 5 STAR rating for providing the guidance and expertise I needed to sell my beautiful home.
