So far, we just can't say enough positive things about Claire!I'm not one to right reviews often, but the Bend market is crazy and there is so much quick movement going on for properties all the time. It's so frustrating and without help we would not be able to find just the right place at the right time.We contacted Claire based on a friends referral. She is also honest about the market, going rates, local mortgage brokers, lenders and addressing our concerns or questions over the selling/buying process. Whitney sold me my first home and it was an excellent experience! She was very responsive and punctual. Answered every question I had and worked so well to build good rapport to make any negotiations go stress free and without incident. Buying a first house can be very stressful and provide alot of pressure. With Whitney, there was no pressure. She made sure you felt comfortable with the home and that it was the right pick for you.
