Corey was wonderful to work with, we were not planning on purchasing a new home but happened to see a house listed that we fell in love with. He was able to quickly guide us through next steps and provide recommendations to get the process going the same day. Without his help there would have been no way we would have had a chance at getting the house in this crazy market. Within just a couple of days our offer was accepted. The same week he helped us list our house and it sold within days as well. His knowledge and recommendations made the entire process easy and enjoyable on our end.

Corey is a one of a kind real estate agent. He not only cares about his clients wants/needs when purchasing a home he also has so much knowledge that goes along with it. He knows what to look for in houses to make sure his clients are getting exactly what theyre paying for. (Ex: furnace dates, hot water installation dates, he knows whether or not some tile work is asbestos. And that is just some of the very few). Sometimes it amazed me on how much he knew. I have used Corey twice now personally and I have referred him to family and friends that have also used him and I will continue to rave about him to anyone else looking for a real estate agent.
