  • Cory listed and sold my home

I was appalled at the service and decisions Cory was trying to pull. My house was on the market for less than six weeks and he wanted me to accept an illegitimate offer for less than asking. After speaking with a much more knowledgeable friend, I decided not to give into Cory and leave the house on the market. We then proceeded to get asking and make approximately 35,000 more than what he wanted me to accept. Don’t get fooled by the name and local reputation. This kid doesn’t know his job or what it is to put in a full days work. I would never recommend him and hope he can start to learn due diligence in a profession where it is needed.
