Being a first time home buyer, they made my experience wonderful! What made my experience wonderful is the knowledge about real estate and each property (even what to look for in the home while I was at the showing as far as home improvement), the time put in, and really having my best interest. After interviewing 5 other agents, we choose Cory and Jessica to sell our home because they were the only agents to offer us a deal on the commission if our house sells within the first 7 days, which all agents with integrity should offer a deal in this crazy of a seller's market. We sold in 5 days! Cory and Jessica were very knowledgeable when it came to pricing our home, their appraisal was $10k to $15k higher than the other agents. You're not necessarily supposed to hire the agent with the highest appraisal, but their breakdown of how they evaluated our home gave us the confidence to trust their evaluation.
