The Golden Drake Realty team began in 2010. The Portage Chain of Lakes has always been a part of my life, and I grew up on the water. I am an experienced home builder and remodeler and was also a trained building inspector. Most folks in the local community recognize me from my ownership of Log Cabin Hardware on Portage Lake. I realized early on that selling Waterfront Real Estate is hard work, and it takes a very specific experience and skill set. I have pioneered an approach for the sole reason of knowing what I am talking about, and so I can field questions from both buyers and sellers about living on or near the water.
