Cristina was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few). I tend to have high expectations and she undoubtedly exceeded them. I was most impressed with her promptness. It was quite amazing at how quick she would respond. She also gave wonderful advice including but not limited to recommending price negotiation techniques, concessions, counters, referrals, etc. Furthermore, she was on the ball at all times and took on extra work to relieve a lot of the stress associated with a home purchase (she set up the home warranty, home inspection, homeowners insurance, etc.). She was also very patient and level-headed even at times when I wasn't at my best. Any individual would be truly lucky to have Cristina as their realtor. I will be using her again and again for my investment properties. Thank you again Cristina!! Truly an AMAZING job!!!!

Cristina has fresh approach to marketing houses that are not cookie cutter. My 50-year-old French country chteau was re-staged with fun, neutral pieces that appeal to all in order to attract the younger clientele. She sold my house in 49 days after having had been on the market for well over 13 months by another agent. We chose Christina, who was not located in my hometown, so she may bring in the needed client base that we were unable to achieve in my hometown. We would highly recommend Cristina for her professionalism, knowledge base of her field, and her opinions regarding the housing market.

She did a great job staging the house we were selling. Open houses nearly every week to help get potential buyers interested. She used a lot social media to advertise for the house. When I would check in to ask a few questions she responded quickly. I would recommend her, and she will be selling our next house!
