Daan De Raadt is the hands down best Real Estate Agent available. Firstly you don't just get Daan, you get his team too, and I couldn't say enough good things about them. They are extremely proactive- anticipating any issues well ahead of time. They explained possible outcomes in a way that was easy to understand.Responsive! Daan was always accessible by email, phone, and text and guided us through the process with sound advice, but also an attention to what was most important to us, checking in with us often. Daan is cheery, positive, patient, an excellent listener and 'got a good read' on our needs.House sold at asking price in 2 days! This was especially important because we had a tight timeline! We used Daan De Raedt Real Estate Realtor to sell our home in Montclair, Virginia and he was outstanding. We spoke with Daan and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Daan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 45 days after we put it on the market at 1.5% under asking price. Daan is an expert in the business of selling houses, he found us after we pulled our house off the market. Daan and Alicia were proactive and 100% effective. This was by far the easiest house selling experience. I'm incredibly grateful for Daan & team's efforts and can't recommend them enough. As background, my husband and I were looking to sell our house during the pandemic as we were moving cross-country. As soon as the movers came to pack us out, we handed over the keys to Daan and it was the most stress-free experience one could ask for: - Daan had our condo painted and backsplash painted, and then staged within the week of moving out - House on the market and contract pending within THREE DAYS of listing with full asking price - Closed within 15 days of contract Daan ensured we had full visibility every step of the way, and we received notifications throughout the entire process while remote. With the stress of moving cross-country, we had to do NOTHING. They even arranged for a notary to come to our new house to sign the papers. We can't recommend them enough and are grateful for their help.
