Now, I have a team of people doing 90% of the work so I'm able to spend the majority of my time on LYL Business Development and the associated services. KTM Capital Partners is one of my real estate investing companies. I've had and still have some properties outside of Texas, but primarily focus on residential properties in the entire Houston, Texas area. Now 90% of the investing work is done by a team.
