We were very satisfied with all the work Dan did on getting our house listed and sold quickly. It was not an easy job as there were 7 owners involved. Which meant a lot of emails & electronic signing because of the Covid. The only point I was a little disappointed in was that he was unaware of a form MW506AE that could have been filled out by myself & one other owner that have moved out of MD and therefore we had monies deducted from our proceeds.
