  • Dan listed and sold my home

      We sold our house in 30 days under contingency. Dan knows the market and has a name that could help to sell BUT, during the negotiation of the contingency Dan used shady techniques; we asked Dan to secure the sell and ask the buyer to sign an addendum to agree to buy our house (because the buyers sold their house and inspection was successfully completed!). The wife signed the addendum agreeing to purchase our house BUT, the husband signed a MODIFIED addendum that was NOT agreeing to purchase the home.... Dan didn't see the mistake BUT, WHY Dan didn't submit this addendum to sign electronically by both buyers?? rest of the contract and inspection was signed electronically so, why not the addendum? Conclusion: I will not call this professional negotiation!
