Dan was extremely professional to work with. He was always open to questions from me during the process and if he didn't know the answer to something he would research and get back to me in timely manner. He makes this somewhat stressful process fun and enjoyable. He works extremely hard for you and takes your satisfaction with the whole process very seriously. Dan was very helpful throughout the entire process. He knew what he was about and always responded promptly, either through email or text. Everything went so smooth I managed to close on my new house 5 weeks from our very first meeting. If he didn't know the answer to a question off the top of his head, he knew how to get it.One thing I can't truly comment on is the negotiation. In my particular instance, Dan was actually able to find a new house for me before it even officially went on market. That had the positive of not needing much work to make my offer look competitive. In a sense, it was the best kind of negotiation: none.
