We couldn't have asked for better representation than Dana. Dana helped us buy our first condo in 2014 and in early 2020 helped us both to sell our first condo and then buy our new home. Dana is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, particularly in the Cambridge and Somerville real estate markets . What we absolutely loved about Dana is how she always goes above and beyond. We were remote the entire time and she was there for us through the whole process, taking on responsibilities that no realtor normally would from being there for the home inspection, visiting the building planning department on our behalf, and even picking up keys after the close. There was no way we could have done this without her dedicated, persistent, and extremely competent support. What really impressed us was how she was able to pull off the sale process right in the middle of COVID-19 and all of the statewide stay at home orders. She responded promptly to the changing circumstances and ensured that we moved to safe, best practices during the sale process including 3D virtual home tours and self-guided home tours. Dana is the consummate professional. She helped me assess the market when I was renting my condo two years ago and proceeded to help my fiance and I sell my condo in East Watertown recently.
