Daniel Bell

Thank you for taking the time to read my biography. I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. My initial interest in real estate began right out of college when I began building houses with my father. After exiting law school, I worked for two law firms then I started a career in risk management. I later owned my own home inspection company then owned an independent insurance adjustment company. A career in real estate seemed so natural as I'm able to utilize the knowledge gained by having diverse past careers. For example, my legal education is an asset to me in real estate as I'm able to create and explain contracts while excelling in negotiations. My construction and home inspection experience enables me to speak intelligently to my clients about construction methods, materials, codes and visible defects.
