Dan was fast and efficient. If you're looking for a "Vanna White" real-estate agent who excitedly shows off a home and talks a lot, Dan is not it. But we found that refreshing. He walked through with us and answered all of our questions. He was always able to provide insight about the location and many of the structural questions we had as he has experience with how a home is built. It was really helpful to have someone who helped us sort out legitimate concerns vs cosmetic issues. He was also lightning fast at getting back to us and quickly scheduled showings for us. And I asked for A LOT of showings. I also frequently asked him to pull comps and neighborhood info which he did quickly. He also was really helpful with helping us navigate our mortgage company and the title company and helped point us in the right direction for other things we asked for that were kind of unrelated, carpet guys, locksmiths, etc and all were stellar referrals. He's quiet at first but he always had a detailed, accurate answer to all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us out.
