Recently purchased my first home with the help of Dan Witt and his team and could not be happier with my experience! Dan was so great to work with. I honestly felt like his only client with how responsive and attentive he was. Hes very knowledgeable, personable and I always felt he had my best interest in mind. Daniel is great at negotiation. He understands his clients' needs to the point and doesn't waste time. We have been looking for houses for about 6 months and visited around 80 houses. We met Daniel at an open house and changed our realtor and picked Daniel. He discussed with us for two weeks. The first house he has shown, was THE HOUSE for us. The sellers were difficult to handle, and Daniel handled the closing very nicely. I recommend working with Daniel if you know what you want and looking for a realtor to fit to your busy working schedule.

The buyers of our house were highly inexperienced and did not have enough money to buy a house. Needless to say, Dan fought for our rights and held his own against the buyers and their realtor who also had no clue what he was doing and tried to get every penny from us. Our sale went through after a painful 3 weeks of the buyers missing deadlines, faulting on their mortgage approval, and waiting to literally the last hour before closing was to happen to say they wanted specific items back in the house. Dan is a good guy and will work with you to get a fair sale on both parties accounts.
