When I was contemplating putting my home on the market I was nervous because this process was new to me. Being a single woman I had to make decisions on my own and that was somewhat terrifying. I had remembered that two of my neighbors had used someone that they were extremely satisfied with a few months before. I reached out to Danielle Babin and was so impressed with her knowledge and warmth. She completely set my mind at ease. The process has been very smooth. I am so happy I chose this team for the sale of my home.

My husband and I recently accepted jobs out of state and needed to sell our house on short notice. We found Danielle and Lawrence on Zillow and due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews, we decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made. This is a power team. So helpful and knowledgeable and more importantly so kind and sooo patient. So loving and understanding. They say they want to cultivate a life long working relationship with their clients and then they prove what they say through their actions. So different from every other realtor we have dealt with. The best, that's how I would describe Lawrence and Danielle Babin. We have worked with them on multiple deals both as buyers and sellers. We are very thankful and grateful for the exceptional services that were rendered by the Babin Realty Team. We started our process with the Team in 2016 and our property sold in February of 2018. This was an estate property that was in Probate Court so we had multiple appearances in Court and they attended. This team go above and beyond any agent we have ever dealt with. They keep you informed of what is or is not going on with your listing down to the minute detail. A phone call or an e-mail was never limited. The Team told us in the beginning they would see us through until the property sold and their word held true until the end. They are very astute and professional in their field of work, but never lean unto their own understanding. They are honest and up front with no hidden agenda and you are treated with grate respect for your thoughts and view. If they did not have an answer to any of our concerns they would research and get back with us. If we had it to do over again we would take the same route, we could not go wrong.
