I was recommended to Danielle through a friend of a friend and I couldn't have been luckier. I worked with her on my first home purchase and she was fantastic. I started off saying I wanted one thing in a home and through the process realized I wanted the exact opposite. She was patient through all of my indecissiveness and helped guide me to realize what I truly needed. Danielle is very friendly and easy to talk to. This is great because you spend so much time together driving to the properties. Once I found the place I wanted to put an offer on she was just as helpful. She worked well with my attorney (who is not the easiest to get along with) and answered every call, email and question quickly and expertly. I would work with Danielle again in an instant.

Danielle and Karen were able to see a higher value in our place than other agents in the area, and they put together a plan to market it as such including some great staging. We got 5 offers in the first weekend, and sold above the asking price.

I am so happy with my new condo, and I have to thank Danielle for helping me find the perfect place. Danielle took us to see dozens of properties. She worked her butt off for us and was really flexible and available. We were all over the place in terms of the type of property (multi-unit, single family, town house, etc) and the neighborhood. Danielle didn't rush us or push us one way or the other. I bought my condominium in 2008 - the height of the market. I left Chicago in 2010 and had three renters help offset the cost associated with the unit. Danielle singlehandedly turned this around and lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. Her team is very responsive, professional, and most importantly - knows how to get the deal done.
