Danielle was our buyers agent. We came from another state to buy a property in Cape Coral and Danielle was recommended by an aquentant. We were first-time home buyers, not familiar with the area, not decide on the price of the property, but we planned to find a property within one week. Danielle understood our situation and very patient but efficient with us in looking for different types of properties during the week. She was very knowledgeable about the area and used her professional experiences to explain the pros/cons of each property we visited. I listed my home with Danielle after finding her on zillow and meeting her for the first time. Her knowledge of the real estate market was apparent from the beginning and her marketing skills were also quite apparent. I thought my house would be a hard sell as I had only purchased the home a few months before I listed it for sale. Danielle was positive and supportive and helped me come up with a realistic market price. She brought a number of realtors to the home initially to give it broad exposure to as many agents as possible. Six months after I listed my home I received a full price offer and sold it for $120,000 more than I paid for it 10 months earlier. I attribute that success to Danielle's marketing skills and negotiation expertise. At the same time I purchased another home with Danielle and she was able to orchestrate the closings of both properties on the same day--not an easy task to accomplish! Danielle recently helped me to purchase a condo in Cape Coral, FL. I live in New York and had no meaningful local knowledge.
