I dont have enough positive things to say about Danielle! Danielles communication is always proactive and she responds to our questions quickly. We moved to Cleveland from PA and relied heavily on Danielles vast knowledge of the area suburbs. She could spot water and foundation issues in potential houses instantly and steered us in the right direction. Danielle went out of her way several times to tour houses and send videos when we couldnt travel to Cleveland. When we put an offer on our home, Danielle fought for us. She knows the market so well and with her expertise we got a great deal on our home. She is the kindest, the most honest, the most professional and the most competent person and agent. We loved working with Danielle!

Danielle made the process of selling our house and finding our new home so easy and stress free especially during a time of uncertainty with the Covid-19 pandemic. She was able to help us obtain above list price for our house and also below asking on our new place within such a short time period. I was nervous after having a bad experience purchasing my first home but Danielle was there to help with recommendations for a smooth process. Danielle did an amazing job finding me my home in Lakewood. I was living 2.5 hours away and so many appealing homes would sell before I had a chance to see it in person. Danielle "previewed" countless houses for me, taking great videos while walking through the home. This gave me the information I needed to decide whether to drive the 2.5 hours on a weekday or plan my whole weekend around visits and open houses. There was plenty of disappointment and frustration along the way, but Danielle stayed positive and kept finding me the next house to visit. I always appreciated how she never pressured me to make an offer or offer x amount. By the end of the search, we were totally in sync in terms of what I was looking for and how aggressive to be with an offer. I highly doubt I would've been able to find a house up here without Danielle's help. Anyone looking to buy or sell a home would be lucky to have her as their agent.

There truly are no words to describe how incredible Danielle is! This was our first home purchase and we could not have picked a better realtor to be by our side. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and has been there every step of the way. She was there for every triumph, tear (even shed a few with me) frustration and celebration. And to top it off she is amazing with our kids! Everytime they see her they run up and hug her.
