Darcy Friel

Darcy is a native of Stark County who grew up in, and around, residential real estate! She joined her family in the business in 1995, and earned her broker's license in 2002. Darcy believes strongly in building lasting client relationships, and as a result, over 70% of her business is referrals from current and past clients. Darcy has a level of enthusiasm about real estate which is hard to match! She works diligently to help clients locate the home of their dreams-and is a stickler for helping them stay on budget as well. She is a seasoned real estate investor, and has survived dozens of complete house remodels! Having a family owned construction business gives Darcy a keen eye for the details.
