    • My house sold the first day as a seller. First person that looked at it bought it. Our house was sold for $10k over what other houses in that neighborhood had typically sold for. Unbelievable....While on vacation took every phone call on a very tough contract as a buyer as well. We had a very tough 3 month process of inspections and negotiations. We as buyers put him in a tough spot. His patience and experience won the day when we got the house for $40k under asking price. I'm not saying he's a superhero.
