They care about there clients. They constantly communicate through texts, emails, voicemails, and phone calls. Candy is definitely a GO getter and she is on top of her game. She will provide the most honest information and she will fight to get you top dollar for your house however she will provide honest information on comparables and will explain to you how to get the best value out of your house. Dave & Candy will lead you for success and tell you things like if you tighten this cabinet or paint this wall or anything that is not sticker shocking. These people are very knowledgeable. I felt I should write this long information because I had such a wonderful experience and please dont be like oh yea this review is because this person knows Candy & Dave. I want to put it out there I do not know them or have any history with them I litteraly met them a couple months ago and they sold my house in 24 hours of listing. Great Experience with the Goddards!We worked with Dave and Candy Goddard to sell our father's house after moving him to a retirement community. The house had great bones and was solidly built but was dated, after having the same owner for 50+ years. We knew that posed challenges, as did only having 1.5 baths in a big house. Dave & Candy were a great team, very personable, providing lots of great insights and advice about the current market, pricing, and improvements to make (and not to make), offering recommendations for wonderful painting and carpet vendors, etc. They were also extremely responsive to any questions and requests. We were impressed with their dedication to helping us sell the house as quickly as possible and appreciated that they understood the stress of cleaning out and selling a family member's home which they had recently experienced. Overall, a great experience!
