Johnny is wonderful ask me questions to see exactly what I'm looking for in a home. I told him the area I want to stay in. He gave me options to a variety of homes and land. Also I want to stay in the school district for my boys cab attend the same school.

The Dave Friedman team has been awarded to work with, along with CMG Mortage, their app, and motage team. A week from closing and no issues, of course we complied with all their request in a timely fashion, as is expected. I'm sure a couple days form closing they will request more, but that is normal and required. However, from day one, with the Friedman Team, they have been honest and guided us through every step, and we would highly recommend. Additionally, our realtor even said he would leave a case of beer in the fridge on closing day, and not that fufu garbage, but Bud Light or Coronas, can't beat a realtor that goes that extra mile. AmazingIt took a while to understand that there really is a team that kicks into gear once the negotiations begin. Morgan has kept me up informed at every turn.
