David Benford

David B works under Landmark Real Estate Group Llc. which is affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty. David has a results oriented formula to connect buyers and sellers that has been productive for nearly 30 years along the Coast of Carolina. David has managed, owned and been a consistent multi-million dollar real estate producer in the region. This experience has allowed him to build effective business relationships throughout the area, which translates into a more service-oriented approach to buying and selling. David is also very involved with the community as a confidant and adviser to many local and state elected officials. His interest in politics has enabled him to enhance his people skills while maintaining a personal commitment to the highest degree of integrity. David enjoys boating and fishing, but Saturday afternoons in the fall are his favorite days of the year to follow his greatest passion, which is College Football!
