David Brooks has taken 25+ years of experience and passion a step further by specializing in commercial real estate and auctions. Brooks learned about the real estate business from his father. After graduating from high school in 1987, during his first full year selling real estate, he sold more than $1 million in properties in the Grand Rapids area. Buying his first house at age 19, Brooks promptly sold it on a land contract and never looked back since! By age 24 he was an independent real estate broker.
