Dave was recommended by my daughter, they went to school together. Dave was an excellent realtor, he went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. There was alot of issues and even after signing the papers there are still issues and Dave is taking care of it all. Great personable and knowledgeable person, I loved working with him. I will recommend Dave to my friends if they need a realtor.

He knows his stuff! Any time we had a question or weren't sure what to do, he helped get us pointed in the right direction. We had struggled with a listing price because we had little to no comps in our area. Having David's experience, knowhow, and guidance was what sold or home. Wouldnt use anyone else besides Dave when looking to buy or sell a home. Always answers or gets back to you right away, very good at keeping you in the loop during the process and really made everything easy and streamline through the whole process.

David did a great job as our buyer's agent. He looked for things (good and bad) and gave us great advice. He was always available and even when we were out of state, planning our move back to Michigan.
