Dave is flat out the best real estate agent I ever worked with (and we have bought and sold 7 houses so far). Dave sold 2 of my houses and got bot times more than I was asking for them. He also helped to find one of the houses that I later sold. He is a very good person, a friend and someone that really helped me with my real estate transactions in Michigan. I highly recommend Dave!
