Growing up along the Choctawhatchee Bay, I have seen many changes. I remember when Highways 20, 85 and 98 were two lane, there were less than a dozen lights between the three of them and there was no such thing as Rosemary, Seaside, WaterColor or even the Mid-Bay Bridge. It is truly amazing how things have grown. After graduating from Troy University and a short teaching career, I decided it was time to come home. With parents in the local construction/design and mortgage industries, it was almost automatic to step into the Real Estate field. Quickly, I found myself training under a local Real Estate Appraiser and eventually became a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
