Dave and Kathy were extremely helpful to us with the listing and sale of our duplex which was held by our family for over 50 years. My father was 90 and could no longer manage the property and I (son) lived out of state and was not very helpful with the sale locally. So we asked David to list the property while his associate Kathy assisted us with finding a buyer. The duplex was a fixer-upper and it took some time to find a buyer who was willing to put in the time and money to fix it up. They eventually found a buyer and we closed about seven months later. Kathy went out of her way to make the transaction easier for my Dad and me. Kathy took papers directly to my Dad (it is difficult for him to drive) to sign on more than one occasion. Kathy also went down to city hall on a couple of occasions to handle an inspection and a utility matter. We will be happy to utilize the services of the Mueller team again to list my Dads house when it is time to sell.
