Enthusiastically recommend David Mundt. Helped well beyond what a realtor would be expected to during a time of personal family tragedy. He was honest with us, quickly responded to questions/concerns. He rapidly adjusted and readjusted listing price according to relatively fast changes in this housing market.He assisted in actually helping us move our family, including furniture and belongings, out of the home, relocating some family members, and always was available 24/7.I consider him to be a "family member" now, and not just someone trying to make a sale!Should I have any future needs in the Florida housing market, David would be the only realtor I would consider.

I rarely post recommendations on the internet but jumped at the opportunity to recommend our realtor! David Mundt is not only an exceptional realtor but an exceptional man as well! David knows the real estate business in South Florida like the back of his hand. I HIGHLY recommend David if you are looking to sell your home. He sold our home in October, 2015 for a record price in the community and did it in 41 days. My husband and I both loved that he told it as it was, no sugar coating, no setting unreasonable expectations...he just got the job done! He is a master at negotiating. Honestly, he is the most professional, ethical, caring realtor I have ever dealt with. You will NOT be disappointed if you list with him.

In a few short words I can tell you that David Mundt is the absolute best realtor in South FL, period. However, I do not want to jot down a few short words as it would not do it justice when speaking of the work of David Mundt. When I take a look the rating system here and have to rank him 1-5 stars within these categories, it was so easy to make sure they're all lit up with 5's. I wish there was a higher rating.Local Knowledge - his knowledge of our community enabled us to get the highest value for the home but also ensuring that buyer felt great about their purchase. We put a lot of work and love into the home and we wanted to make sure the buyer was excited to move in and enjoy the property, but at a fair market value. He did an amazing job or tempering our expectations and our perceived value of the home, ensuring we had a consistent flow of visitors viewing the property because it was priced right. Too many times I've heard of realtors that just 'list' the home at the request of the seller for whatever perceived inflated value they believe they should sell the home for in the community. David gave us a real life check on on the market and brought qualified buyers to our home!Process Expertise - Oh My Gosh - David was so thorough and exact with the process and next steps. He was consistent (but not overbearing) with email follow up, and he never over promised and was very transparent on where there may be delays and setting the right expectations throughout the entire process.Responsiveness - I am sure we were one of those high maintenance clients that lost sleep over everything! He was ULTRA responsive at any time during the day via text and phone when needed. He was also 'there' in person when it was appropriate. Negotiation Skills - again, if there was a rating higher than 5 then this is where I'd rate him. From the first conversation with the buyer through to the walk through and closing, David was masterful when it came to ensuring both the seller (us) and the buyer were getting what they needed out of the transaction. In summary, I would recommend David as he is 5 stars all the way around. He is professional, personable, smart and does such an amazing job setting the right expectations for the seller (and the buyer when needed). He's amazing and we're so happy that he represented our home for sale.

If I could give David Mundt 10 stars I would!! Selling a home is stressful, tedious and can often be frustrating. David takes all of that away, and develops a comprehensive plan to manage every aspect of the process with flawless execution. He ensured the listing was aggressively promoted, he personally attended every showing, he communicated feedback in a very timely manner and, when the offer came in, he handled literally every single detail from start to finish. He truly represented ME and had nothing by my best interests in mind. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the process, but he went FAR above and beyond to ensure I ended up where I needed to be. Above and beyond doesn't come close to describing Dave. He did it all! Our property was challenging, yet he got it sold. He knows how to market better than anyone. He has a natural salesmanship that is very non-confrontational. He is number one in his company out of 700 salespeople. He got to be number one by being the VERY BEST. I'm in the commercial real estate business, so I know what to recognize in a good agent. Dave is everything you could expect.Can you tell I was really, really happy with him?

Is there an option for more than 5 stars? I can confidently say that choosing David Mundt as our realtor has been one of the best decisions we have ever made in our house hunting process. From the very beginning, he guided us through the purchase of our new home, quickly listed our current home, used aggressive and strategic marketing, represented our house in person and quickly had our house under contract in a record breaking 8 days! He worked diligently on negotiations with realtors, guided us through the inspection process and represented us perfectly through difficult decisions in the closing process. If we had another realtor, we would not have been able to get our new home .... PERIOD. David helped us with our purchase 6 months ago with the precise intent on knowing our exact tastes, must haves and deal breakers. You may say any agent will do that, but David made the process from prospect looking to closing an absolute joy. He even had "celebrity status" contractors recommended for each upgrade we wanted to do from landscaping, flooring, marble and tile. There simply is none better and he is second to none.
